ADNOC Supplier Registration document checklist
The documents ADNOC Supplier Registration asks a vendor to submit, extracted from its own published requirements wherever available, with every item cited to its source and rated for how good that evidence actually is — not a generic template.
What ADNOC Supplier Registration asks for.
Trade License
CriticalRequiredInferred evidenceValid UAE trade license issued by ADDED, DED, or UAE Free Zone authority. Expiry must be >30 days. Licence activities must align with the specific ADNOC product/service categories being applied for — category misalignment is a common prequalification rejection, not merely a delay. Abu Dhabi Mainland DED licensing is commonly cited as required for many ADNOC-related activities.

VAT Certificate
HighRequiredUnverified evidenceUAE FTA VAT registration certificate with 15-digit TRN. Entity name must match trade license exactly.

ICV Certificate
LowPreferredVerified evidenceAn ICV (In-Country Value) certificate is NOT required to register or participate in ADNOC tenders — it is an evaluation weighting, not a submission gate (one widely-cited figure puts ICV at ~40% of ADNOC's final evaluation consideration, so it is commercially decisive without being mandatory). When held, it must be a National ICV Certificate issued under MoIAT's Unified Certification Process. Validity is 14 months from the issue date of the audited financial statements used for the calculation — not from the certificate issue date; re-certifying against the same statements does not reset the window, and no certificate can be issued more than 2 years after that date. Must be issued by a MoIAT-empanelled Certifying Body and carry both the supplier's Power of Attorney/authorised-signatory e-signature with company stamp AND the Certifying Body representative's e-signature and stamp. One certificate is accepted across all Participating Entities, though each entity applies the score differently in its own evaluation.
ISO Certificate
HighRequiredInferred evidenceISO 9001 (Quality) required. ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) also expected, and mandatory for Category B suppliers and above. Certificates must be issued by an accredited certification body and be in active validity.

Project Reference List
HighRequiredInferred evidenceProject references and documented proof of relevant experience, submitted at the PREQUALIFICATION stage (distinct from initial registration). Should evidence scope, value and client for comparable work in the applied-for category. ADNOC's review typically runs 4-12 weeks depending on category and submission completeness.

Corporate Tax Registration
MediumPreferredVerified evidenceUAE Corporate Tax registration certificate / Corporate Tax Registration Number issued by the Federal Tax Authority via EmaraTax. Registration is federally mandatory for all juridical persons under Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 (deadlines per FTA Decision No. 3 of 2024; AED 10,000 late-registration penalty), and entities incorporated on or after 2024-03-01 must register within 3 months of incorporation. Listed as PREFERRED rather than required because this specific portal has not been confirmed to demand the certificate in its submission pack — the obligation to hold one is federal, the obligation to upload it is portal-specific. Note the Corporate Tax registration number is distinct from the VAT TRN.

This is a starting point, not a live feed from ADNOC Supplier Registration. Portals change their requirements without notice, and unverified/inferred items above are exactly that — not confirmed against the portal's own current published list. Always cross-check against ADNOC Supplier Registration's current requirements before submitting. If you have the portal's own requirement document, SoulMen can extract and verify against exactly what it says instead of this starter checklist.
