ALDAR Prequalification document checklist
The documents ALDAR Prequalification asks a vendor to submit, extracted from its own published requirements wherever available, with every item cited to its source and rated for how good that evidence actually is — not a generic template.
What ALDAR Prequalification asks for.
Trade License
CriticalRequiredInferred evidenceAbu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) license preferred, or a valid UAE license with Abu Dhabi branch registration.

VAT Certificate
HighRequiredUnverified evidenceVAT certificate showing TRN. Legal entity name must match the trade license.
Chamber of Commerce Certificate
HighRequiredUnverified evidenceActive membership certificate from Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce.
ICV Certificate
MediumPreferredVerified evidenceNational In-Country Value (ICV) certificate with an active score — improves vendor tier placement. Validity is 14 months from the issue date of the audited financial statements used for the calculation — not from the certificate issue date; re-certifying against the same statements does not reset the window, and no certificate can be issued more than 2 years after that date. Must be issued by a MoIAT-empanelled Certifying Body and carry both the supplier's Power of Attorney/authorised-signatory e-signature with company stamp AND the Certifying Body representative's e-signature and stamp. One certificate is accepted across all Participating Entities, though each entity applies the score differently in its own evaluation.
ISO Certificate
MediumPreferredUnverified evidenceISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 accreditation certificates in active validity.
HSE Policy
HighRequiredUnverified evidenceCorporate health, safety and environment manual showing executive endorsement.
Audited Financial Statements
HighRequiredUnverified evidenceAudited financial reports for the most recent calendar year.
Bank Confirmation Letter
HighRequiredUnverified evidenceBank certificate showing corporate account details and bank stamp.
Corporate Tax Registration
MediumPreferredVerified evidenceUAE Corporate Tax registration certificate / Corporate Tax Registration Number issued by the Federal Tax Authority via EmaraTax. Registration is federally mandatory for all juridical persons under Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 (deadlines per FTA Decision No. 3 of 2024; AED 10,000 late-registration penalty), and entities incorporated on or after 2024-03-01 must register within 3 months of incorporation. Listed as PREFERRED rather than required because this specific portal has not been confirmed to demand the certificate in its submission pack — the obligation to hold one is federal, the obligation to upload it is portal-specific. Note the Corporate Tax registration number is distinct from the VAT TRN.

This is a starting point, not a live feed from ALDAR Prequalification. Portals change their requirements without notice, and unverified/inferred items above are exactly that — not confirmed against the portal's own current published list. Always cross-check against ALDAR Prequalification's current requirements before submitting. If you have the portal's own requirement document, SoulMen can extract and verify against exactly what it says instead of this starter checklist.
